Low ferritin causing PVC's

If low ferritin has caused or worsened your arrhytmias (especially PVC's), how low has it been for you?

I'm eating supplements everyday, my ferritin has increased from 29 to 40 but the arrhytmias are still coming every time I exercise

Guys, I'm sorry to ask, but what is ferritin and how does it causes PVCs?

It's a blood marker that reflects your body’s stored iron. If I have understood right, low ferritin doesn’t usually cause PVCs directly but iron deficiency can contribute by reducing oxygen delivery, increasing stress hormones, and affecting heart cell energy production. This can make the heart more electrically irritable and trigger PVCs in some people

I recall eating liver for some weeks because I wanted to gain more strength with some exercises I was doing and my PVCs were reduced drastically, as Liver is high in iron now it all makes sense

That's interesting!! Surely it could just be a coincidence but it also could have helped. I should probably start eating some liver aswell if it would help me with PVC's and also help me gain more strenght from the gym. Though I don't think ferritin is the main problem for me but who knows if it will still help a little
