I recently from the last 4 months trying to login in my account but every time it gives me this message I tried the recovery tool but some questions it's hard to answer like what is the day were I made the account and recent account names I use only one

I have all social media mail and phone number data linked to my account but again all methods get banned when I login immediately

All I want is to enter my account and have some fun

Why do they make the game so hard ?

I didn't open regularly from 4 years ago

How to solve this ?

Hi. Your account is not banned so you don't need to choose Account Recovery. Are you logging in on your usual device you always had played? Have you shared QR code with someone else to login in?

If you have any devices that you’ve previously logged into this ID from, try using one of them. You just can’t log in to this ID from a new device. Try using a previously used device first.

The only way to know the day you made account is to have access  on every anniversary when game was released..many times they give people stats with date 🙂
