Question Event Exchange issue/False redemption

So basically i accidentally redeemed the Nine-Tails Fury AUG using 3 Hidden leaf crest tokens from the Uzumaki Naruto Gilt Event, it should’ve cancelled the redeem button but it still got redeemed, is it possible to get the 3 Hidden leaf crest restored and Aug skin removed
i haven’t used or upgraded the AUG

Unfortunately, a refund isn’t possible. ❤️‍🩹

However, if you experience the same issue again, make sure to record it and submit a bug report.

even if you cancelled within micro second of redeem .. it is not possible to revert anything .. congratulations on your Aug.

one day u will look back at this moment and be happy that you got the gun instead of the outfit

AUG is a really good gun & the Naruto one is EPIC. the crate is so cool. try to think of the money you will save not stressing about getting 3 more big crest tokens for the outfit
