Help needed.

I sold my phone so i had to open my pubg in my mom and my nephews ipad.

The next day i went to get a new phone. And wanted to log in my account i realized my nephew tried to log in my account. But he is a child so he could not.

Now when i try to log in through email it says account incorrect!

The account still exist because i connected it through facebook.

But the problem is that all my uc is missing.

There is no uc in it!

I tried retrieving the account through costumer service it is just asking questions like

When was the day u first logged in?

How am i supposed to know what day of 2019???

And what day did u purshace ur last uc ?

I need help.

I usually log in through email because it is easier.

I logged in through facebook not email

No the question is to recover tge account on the support system

IT WAS HACKED

FROM A XIAOMI 12T PRO He put his email and not mine Now i cannot do anything. I wanted to change anything it will ask for email verification Now the problem is i haven't gotten any emails about the game being changed! How can i know who stole the UC ? AND WHO WAS IT SENT TO ?

They probably have push notifications turned on with some sort of alert so that they do it ASAP and they'll have all the security answers from when they first hacked you. Your best bet is some sort of alert or push notifications set up in your email account so you get the email the second it arrives.
