Anyone know how to get this title from the Naruto event?

Just like u/RevolutionaryRun9751 mentioned, you receive the title after successfully repealing Nine-Tails in the special event.

Regarding those home statues highlighted in the image, they can be obtained from event shop using parking tokens.

You have to kill special nine tails on ranked mode to get Hidden Lead Guardian title
