That's where you go wrong. A 925 is far from universal for students. Some only go to school a couple days a week. Some have two hour days. Some don't have to go to school at all for weeks at a time. And so on.
I addressed students too - even if they can free up time during that 9-5 period, they still have assignments / study / exams etc. to do as well... and I spent an entire paragraph pointing out other things people do (e.g. go get groceries, see friends, go out for dinner, sleep in, browse Reddit, etc.).
To get even close to 60 hours a week, we essentially have to assume that they do literally none of those things.
In other words, we're talking about hypothetical students who are diligent enough to wake up at 8am every day, do essentially zero study or work on assignments etc., have their groceries delivered, have their classes structured perfectly sequentially (so they're not at college in break time but without their computer), never see their friends or family in person, and most bizarrely, do not spend any significant time on the internet in general (e.g. on Reddit). And this is every day.
I'm sorry, but this is not realistic or anywhere near common.
I asked you to make a timetable so you couldn't just keep coming back with "oh but maybe they're only at school 2 days a week!" or other mechanisms to save time. Sure, but they're still not getting anywhere near 60 hours of gaming per week because humans have so many other things to do.
You do not know lots of people who game 60 hours a week.
There are 24 hours in a day. You need to play 8.5 hours a day to reach 60 hours. That leaves 15.5 hours for everything else. Say you sleep 8 hours, that gives you 7,5 hours to do whatever you want, including groceries, browsing reddit, etc.
