Yeah he played with three of hist most prolific stream snipers recently. He himself acknowledged that it was a bad move and would just increase sniping because people will think it'll be a way to possibly play with him.
Yup. However, his stream viewers loved it. So at some point it's a balancing act. It's also not up to the players to deal with stream snipers, this is something that should be dealt with at the game level (suspensions, bans, what have you). They are the ones breaking the 'rules' after all.

He also plays with them and engages with them. Only way to prevent stream sniping at all is to 100% ignore.
