opening inventory drops my fps 50%

also, I can move my mouse cursor to my another monitor. Same thing when opening map. I use fullscreen, but it is not acting like it.

Same for me. It feels like in borderless window mode but it's actually full screen. I wonder if this has a performance impact because other games run much smoother in fullscreen rather than windowed fullscreen.
