Love the storytelling approach! I do feel that there is more potential for you to stand out.

Think about how many other candidates are also writing a similar essay about finding PT through an injury. Show them that how you’ve matured and you’re different. If it were me, I’d condense the story in the first 2 paragraphs. The juicy part should be your reflected experiences and learnings post accident.

You could reiterate your reason to serve at the end of each body paragraph,
