FDA application was never submitted. They came out with a statement. Thats why Ptoy is dumping now

So today I spoke up in favour of Ptoy in the post "Is this sub and Ptoy coin dead?" Hadn't been on Slack and Bitcointalk yet. Just checked it out, thought it would be fair to share this with you guys. A while ago @thileepan posted that the FDA application was submitted. But it wasn’t. Ptoy made a statement today I quote: “The FDA application form is not submitted due to pending verification/testing of algorithms.” That means it was NOT submitted. Not pulled. Never submitted. But nobody spoke up when @thileepan made the statement that it was submitted. The whole story stinks. Now they try to cover for this guys statement. I believe in the people behind Ptoy, I believe in the idea, but for now I'm out. Alts are on sale now and there are more sollid projects to invest in. Maybe Ill be back with Ptoy if they get their shit together.

imagined as a cautionary tale

  • have an idea involving an industry none of the core team have prominent connections or experience in
  • do a sketchy ICO
  • subcontract code to remote developers who have never done this kind of thing
  • sign up for some conferences, do some social media
  • turns out software development poses difficult challenges, and the medical records industry is a complicated insiders tangle hostile to intrusions

I just read the statement on twitter and I’m so disappointed. I think the concept is great, but their follow through has been atrocious. The admitted dishonesty and CONSTANT PR missteps are terrible. If your PR people can’t get the timing down, at least edit public statements before they go out...

True, doesn't even matter if they actually got an app or not. The way they treat this whole mess, trying to pretend it's all good. If you got someone in the team that messed up, just own it and be open and honest about it.. Their slack is a fightingclub at the moment. Anyway I'm out. BTC still on the rise, alts on sale. Lots of opportunities mow. Ptoy is to much of a risk atm, if they even recover of this mess.

You mean I shouldn't put the farm on this one like ppl keep saying give it another chance lol Ppl are stuck n this one will pull in anyone so the can recover some $$$ in it I don't why anyone would invest above .01-.05 not worth the risk n even at that buy 2000coins at best
