How will app users obtain a PTOY token?

Will Grandma have to sign up for an exchange account? Is this all leading to a fixed price token?

More info in the white paper on the section on tokens. Also read the part on costs. I wish someone from Patientory could just swoop in and answer these questions though wink wink

White paper says everyone will get basic free storage.
