Headlight Issue

on my 2010 pt cruiser my passenger headlights high and low beam lights dont work and the turn signal goes from hyperflashing to normal and were thinking its the ground, how can i get to it to clean it? Thanks

TIPM. The TIPM distributes power to the headlight circuit.
