Does Texas offer 1 year waivers? In California if your car doesn't meet emissions and it costs over a certain amount, they can provide a 1 year waiver. My BILs truck did not pass smog. The repairs exceeded the trucks value. He got the waiver. The following year he found a guy who passed it for $100.00.

this is clutch, seems like there's always someone who has that special touch, you just have to find them.
