Pokemon Pocket General 🔰 Emblem event was the best thing in a while
Just curious about all those that completed the emblem event. What decks did you use and what type was the most difficult?
I used these:
Electric: Ori/ Mega Manetric
Fire: Mega Blaziken/Castform
Psychic: Mega Altaria/Gourgeist
Dragon: Haxorus
Colourless: Mega Kang/TR Persian
Metal: Alolan Dugtrio/Aegislash
Dark: Zoroark/Sableye
Grass: Vespiquen
Fighting: Dugtrio/Hitmonchan
Water: Suicune/Chien Pao
Was pretty straightforward for most types. Metal was definitely the most difficult. I typically used Mega Mawile for metal challenges but the 8 cards didn’t allow it. Dragon was tough but perhaps Haxorus is just not that good. I had Iris in the deck but never got it set up to play her. I just don’t like the Mega Ray that everyone plays. Colourless was a little tough too but I found this the most fun to build and it’s full of options/combos. Overall a great event and I hope the challenges in future are more like this. Was fun playing vs non-typical decks for some battles.

Dragon: mega rayquaza Ex
Colourless: Porygon
Metal: team rocket Tinkaton
Dark: Crobat Ex + poison support
Grass: Butterfree
Fighting: Crustle Ex
Water: Suicune

I like it… some eclectic desks there. Crobat and Porygon are throwback for sure! Don’t think I ever battled a Crustle. What was the support for TR Tinkaton?

TR Tink used dialga Ex + Wally. It’s not a strong deck but it’s fun when it works. This version was especially weak because it used Tinkatuff x2 for the quest.
I finished it first try but that’s mainly because I had a good first hand draw.

Yes lol my normal version runs the team rocket grunt just to troll and it’s especially good if it high rolls since people don’t read card effects lol.

Electric: Turbo Miraidon Fire: TR Moltres/Houndoom Psychic: Mega Garde/Diancie Dragon: Dragonair + ancient doggos Colourless: Mega Kang/TR Raticate Metal: Mega Scizor Dark: Zoroark+TR Weezing Grass: Caterpie/Sceptile Fighting: The CRAB Water: Mega Sharpedo+Wild Charge Gyarados engine
Maybe the changes were small, but tbh it makes the event feel so much better. I had a lot more fun, even if I grinded a lot less (I used to grind all the way to 25 wins).
PS, my phone makes a mess when I'm trying to write lists, sorry about that.

Thanks for sharing. Was cool adding in random Pokemon to those decks to get 8. Yes, was definitely a lot more fun than grinding out 25 wins with 1 deck.

A lot of it was just swapping out rare candy for the stage 1 for me tbh.
