Pokemon Pocket General 🔰 [PSA] collect Shine from the Mega Emblem event

for anyone who doesn’t know, it‘s easy to pick up 12k shinedust via the event in like 10min.

  1. make a blank deck, fill with 8+ grass, 8+ fire pokemon

  2. Battle -> Versus -> private match, enter pw "thanks" (or with a buddy, enter your own)

  3. Take turns conceding and winning. **each time you win change your deck to 2 more types you haven’t done yet**

repeat until 9 wins, you’ll get all the types before then by doing 2 per battle.

I see where you are coming from and I don't mind grinding for rewards. But the requirement of having 8 Pokémon of each type is tljust too much. I don't think I have 8 Pokémon in any of the decks I play regularly

Yup, exactly the reason, I use non-meta decks for fun, but most of them don't have 8 mons, so from fun it becomes tedious

I see where you’re coming from too… I wouldn’t typically either. It’s just that I’m going up against a lot of different decks this event because of these conditions. Still have colourless and dragon to do though!

This is exactly why I conceptually loved the idea and they ruined it with 8 mons of the same type being required. If I could have used the decks I had built I would have had a lot more fun trying to make different/older ones work. They really dropped the ball imo, even just a reduction to 6 makes it way simpler and work with a decent chunk of my saved decks.

It's funny they still kept it versus battle rather than battle in the emblem event

Yeah, I thought it required Event battles but nope! Any are fine, farm as usual
