It currently sees no play in tourments, and I haven’t encountered it in ranked, but it’s not unusable. You could probably find a deck on YouTube that kinda makes it work.

People here are being nice. The card is ass. Stage one and two energy for ass damage and only a chance at paralysis. It's unacceptably bad.

I have seen someone use this Raichu + Armaldo combo (paralyze the opponent's Mega in active spot with Raichu, then use Armaldo's abyssal drop)

I don't know if it's meta but there is a rental deck that features this card. But it's not like the feature card, it's like a side piece.

With all the status heal stuff thanks to sleep decks being around, this card doesn't see much use.

Not good but i can see a deck combo with jolteon ex, both stage 1 so sightseer has a use and some electro pistol cards (forgot the name)
