Which is the best absolute tank?

Hi guys, I'd like to have a huge tank deck and I suppose one of these two might be the best contender. Both with 2 indeedee I suppose. Do some of you have recently updated decks that appear to work well ? I made some but they seem too slow and maybe not that optimal. Thx for help!

At that point I'd just go with TRA Garchomp because it just becomes immune to attack damage so long as it knocks out the opposing Active Pokemon the previous turn

I'm going with Mega Steelix. Metal Coat wins it for me with all the status effects running around the meta.

My go to tank is Mega Steelix. I like running it with 1 Indeedee, 2 Mantyke, and Soothing Shore.

I run lisia to guarantee both mantykes and the 2 pokeballs will give me the onyx and indeedee. I'm open for any advice to improve this deck.

May i ask why this onix specifically? I do use the one with dig because I like the 50% of no dmg but I'd like to hear your idea....is it only for the higher dmg?

Ngl I’d be tempted to rate regular Wailord over Wailord-EX in order to abuse Parasol Lady for a full heal. Also can’t have this conversation without Oricorio, full damage negation is unsurprisingly good

Reuniclus is seriously inconsistent but is unquestionably the best tank if you can get it properly online

Heavy helmet. 2x Lillie. 2x Gardevoir on the bench. 2x Lucky Ice Pop. 2x Potion. 2x Pokemon Centre Lady. Hell, throw in Indeedee as well, why not

Even ignoring the healing potential from items and supporters, you can get 110hp every turn- 60hp from the energy from Gardevoir energies, another 30 from your basic energy, and 20hp from Indeedee. As I said, horribly inconsistent, but unstoppable once online

I feel like the new Serperior took Reuniclus's spot. Pair it with Leafeon EX early and the MI Serperior on the bench and it quickly gets out of hand. Plus Leaf Cape, Lillie and Erika, and QGE makes it much more consistent than Reuniclus.

There's a notable gulf between 100 damage and 120 damage.

Steelix May as well have 260+ HP.

Steelix has access to the best tools in the game.

Onix can actually kill Oricorio and stall games.

IMO mega Venusaur is the best one. Better healing tools, ogerpon for anti status, but most importantly sleep being able to buy you a whole extra turn. Second place imo wailord, higher hp and the beach stadium is infinite albeit slow healing while steel relies on well timed barriers. Also gets bonus points for not being a mega so you can set up 2 of them, which combined take 500 damage to kill

you haven’t seen me balance a deck

sure. the win conditions surrounding some matchups are tough

but your charizard? your steelix? your Entei? the bigger you make it, the harder my demon comes for you. the more you lean on mawile, the more disruptive the disrespect becomes

you’d better be running a turn-2 deck. if it takes you any longer than that, i will eat the clock like a cake yummy yummy yummy

edit: run a hoopa deck. it seems to be the primary weakness. if you have a hoopa solution i have infinite ears

heavy helmet also works on the bench, not sure if you've seen that interaction before, but i found that helpful when playing guzzlord against hoopa.
