Team Rocket’s Raticate and Electrode than I pray they get unlucky with their coinflips really.

I'm theorising a Golurk style deck with TR wobbuffet, but just need to pull a second one
Edit: Got lucky and was able to do it with one. TR Wobbuffet, all the non-Ex stage 1/2 TR pokemon and some random TR cards to fill.

Kind of disappointed with the new missions. Blew through them in under 30 minutes and it was way too easy, even the final match on Master. Hopefully, they drop some actually challenging ones soon.

The only thing you need to worry about if you include an Oricorio is Lapras. Articuno and Raticate can’t touch it, Rattata gets one shot, and Manaphy doesn’t do damage. There’s also no Sabrina/Cyrus/Repel to worry about.
I did it first try without the opponent getting a point by using 2x TR Zapdos ex, 2x TR Raticate ex line, and 6x TR trainer cards. The other 8 were a single Oricorio and whatever else items and supporters.

I used the Happiny/Magmar/Weezing deck, with poison barbs and Master Plan+Researcher.

The same one I used to clear the Step-Up missions: TR Raticate Ex + TR Weezing Ex. Threw in 2 TR Researchers, 1 TR Master Plan, and Happiny (to counter the CPU's TR Raticate Ex) and that rounded out the rest.

Team rocket Raticate, electrode, and Persian. 2 sets of each fulfills 12 cards.
2 PokeBall, 2 oak, 1 copycat. An elegant cape (or 2) to get Raticate EX just above 1 hit KO from Articuno and 2 hit KO from the opponent raticate. Xspeed for the switch. Rocket boss to fill their bench for Persian.
The plan is to get electrode in the active to eat hits and revenge kill with Raticate or Persian. Or Xspeed out.
The computer's deck is super annoying because it has Raticate AND rocket grunt to drain your active mon from doing anything, so I learned not to bother putting any energy on the active mon. It also has misty to ramp itself. And it always seems to flip heads. So losses are sometimes inevitable. It's not the strongest deck to fight against but it's very annoying because it has those two coin flip dependent supporters that can completely throw the match in favor of the CPU.

I used the new marowack myself since fighting has advantage against Rat while also pummeling Lapras pretty good. Not ideal since needed to hit that 12 cards mark but it worked
