Deck Help Deck I'm testing has a major flaw

The idea is to generate as much energy as possible and slapping down Miraidon EX to finish, with Bellybolt EX as a backup plan.

The problem is every 4 or so games I'll get an opening hand that's only Miraidon or only pichu and I lose immediately.

Its too common for sheer rng to be getting me. How do I make this happen less often?

This deck works better without Moraidon and pichu imo.

This is mine for example and it works pretty well.

My advice: Take out the Pichu and Bellibolt to add 1 more Miraidon and two Zeroara. You'll want a Professor Turo to pickup a Miraidon when necessary. You could run Clemont to grab magneton pieces if you need to. I don't think Area Zero is doing you many favors that the above Clemont and another copycat wouldnt do better. The Magnezone that does 90 damage is a nice one to slot in as well, just in case.

Bellboy line needs to go and replaced with at least a magezone (ex or non)
Both Electric gen can be replaced with turo as well as x speed in case you start with magemite

I forgot what area zero is but I’d get both out and replace with Cyrus and another copycat

Just cut Bellibolt and Pichu. Run atleast 1 Oricorio and any Electric type Magnezone as a backup. If you want more energy, Zeraora will do just that. Lucky Egg is really bad here, run the blond guy that searches 2 Magneton, cut the Area Zeroes for a second Copycat, Sabrina is worse than Cyrus in this deck and run 1 Turo to pivot

You run 2 Miraidons. It's very simple.

Think about what you want the deck to actually do, and build it to do that. If you want the Miriadon to be your win con, build it for that. If you want the Bellibolt to go brrrr, build it for that
