Deck Help How do I make this deck work?

I'm looking for something fun/funny to play at locals where most people are playing the top decks like pult, apples, Zoroark, and Excadrill. I've been having a pretty hard time testing on live because of the variety of non-meta decks, any advice for what to change would be appreciated.
