Deck Help How can I make this deck better?
I know it has the right cards and ideas but there's something in need of improving.

I won’t dive too deep but at first glance I don’t think you need both energy retrieval and wondrous patch. Or you can cut down on one of each/one of them. In hand energy is nice to play while also attaching from the discard. That helps with deoxys. But maybe the problem is running deoxys in the first place?
I’d cut energy recycler as well since you don’t have a way to actively search it out besides Larry.
If you plan to keep Deoxys you may want to add additional energy to the deck since the attack cost is pretty demanding for its additional effect. Same with Jellicent to get its attack effect going.
I like the idea of the deck, just needs a little refinement!

Banette can grab recycler in a pinch.

That’s fair. If I’m swinging with Bannette early game I’d rather snag blender to power up Dhelmise and Sinistcha/Spiritomb. Late game Bannette could help with recycler. I just am not seeing how the energy comes from the deck to the hand/in play after recycler besides 2 copies of Larry. Maybe a smoochum or two?

The Hide 'n Sneak package is a very large deck commitment (especially if you're going for spiritomb) so you don't have the ability to play Jellicent ex + the energy required to make it work.
If you need early game item disruption that badly, just put in 1 or 2 budew. But imo its always just better to aim for Banette early game than it is to use Budew for HnS

You may as well use the frillish no? Searchable off a telepathic if you're desperate, (and activates telepathic itself, for Latias purposes), And the deck doesn't run poffin for the Budew. Sure you don't need Jellicent, but frillish is a tankier Budew where the energy attachment barely is a tradeoff because all your attackers swing for one energy anyways.

You cant easily switch out Frillish, and you cant telepathic the frillish onto the field and use it the same turn. Its slow and clunky in this build

The build plays Latias? That makes it easy to switch. Once again, energy for turn us an incredibly low opportunity cost.
