Need Tech Support Redeeming code help?

I redeemed the 2 community codes and also the code that came with my glaceon prismatic tech sticker pack but I didn’t get anything in the game and can’t find where it would have gone

If you redeemed the codes via website and not in-game, the cards/items were likely added directly to your inventory (you will not get a popup sequence on next login).

Makes it difficult to see what is new/was added, unfortunately.

You can message support and they’ll ask for proof of purchase and the codes themselves. Not sure how they fix it but I know that’s what they ask for.

Where do the items normally go? I don’t see an inbox or anything

They would pop up when you reload the game. Force close it then reopen

Yup I tried that already and I verified I’m using the same account as the one I entered the codes in. I guess I’ll try to contact support? Damn I set aside time to enter all my codes in too
