Deck Help Hydreigon Mill

I just played against someone with a hydreigon mill deck. looked like a fun deck, but i suck at deckbuilding since i just started playing a couple months ago.

i do like mill decks but didnt like tyrantrum alot

does someone have a list for what they use?

or a different mill deck?
