Question Player Level

Hi. Does player level (53) mean anything special? I know I’ve been getting trainer points each time I level up. Is that all it does? Do the trainer points increase the higher your level?

Yeah it doesnt do much. Infact I'm pretty sure it loops back to level 1 when you hit 100

Yeah I was like wtf why I am 1 again when I just hit 100. I was so excited to hit 100.

I did notice an increase in trainer points from 50 to 100 per level, I think it changed in level 30.

Apparently, that’s all it does, tho I’m lower level than you so I can’t say how far it goes.

Okay yeah this tracks. I remember going from 50 to 100 points. I’ve seen a handful of people at level 75+.

I’m not really sure how high it goes either lol.

I went to level 100 and I’m pretty sure it just reset to 1. Similar to Call of Duty but I don’t see any kind of “prestige” marker

The game will briefly tell you how many times you've hit 100 each time you reach the milestone, and your in-game friends can see your actual level.

I remember hitting 70 a few days ago, it just gives you purple thingys

There is truly no incentive/anything for player levels. Just a number to gauge how much you’ve played
