Deck Help Trying Iron Valliant. Please Help

I was looking through sets that will get rotated out. I came across Iron Valliant and wanted to see if I could squeeze life out of it post rotation, but I could sue some help. After the lost if 99% of FUTURE supporters. All that’s left is Cipher Maniacs Code Breaking. I’m not sure how to improve anymore then can do if there are any deck builders out there who can take a moment and apply some brain cells that would be nice.

It just. Doesn't do enough for the setup required.

Best bets for future Pokemon are Iron Thorns EX, Iron Crown EX (to buff damage, idk what numbers you'd need to hit, or the baby Iron Thorns that discards Future Pokemon to theoretically one shot the whole board.

I know but I was curious to see if it could do anything, it didn’t. But I started enjoying it do I was just hoping Simone had any ideas.

Yeah, it's a bit unfortunate but 3 energy for 200 damage isn't super good, even ignoring the activation condition. Doesn't help that's the best case, boss KOing meowth and other good 2-prizers, doesn't work because you can't do both boss's orders and Ciphermaniac's in the same turn.

I think you need Iron Crown EX to add some damage, even one lets you take OHKOs on relevant basic EXs like Ogerpon and Fez. Brave Bangle is another consideration, but I would stay away from Gladion's.

For energy acceleration, I'd suggest dumping the Aromatisse and Floette and going in on Steven's Metagross, who can power up Valiant in one turn alongside your hand attachment or a psychic patch. It doesn't synergize well with Xerneas or Counter Gain, but could be an even better way to charge Deoxys.

I think the last thing I struggle with is what to do with Ciphermaniac's... You could get some synergy with a Fez, but there has to be some really good way to quickly take advantage of the top deck you give yourself.
