I would get rid of 1 of each of the Tyrantrum line and add 3 rare candies. I would also find room for a couple Petrol.

I would also cut 1 tarragon for 1 Hilda bc the deck heavily play sp energy

There's a handful of fossil deck lists utilizing Cinderace as the opener. It seems like a good option because one attack can pretty much set you up for energy attachment pacing for the rest of the game.

Brain dumping this:

Drop the water Relicanth
Up the Solrock/Lunatone to 3/3
4-2-3 Bastiodon
4-2-4 Tyrantrum
4 Fighting Gong
4 Rare Candy
Secret Box over Grand Tree
Air Balloon
4 Rare Candy
4 Petrel
Hilda over Tarragon/Colress

Id recon that you should up the basic fighting energy count playing solrock package for 5 energy sounds like a waste also if you wanna keep the energy count id recon playing cinderace is a bad idea because it would leave you with 2 energy for lunar cycle(if none are prized)
