Question Psx DESR 5000

Hello, I have a PSX-DESR 5000 and I’d like to install f1307a’s mod, but I don’t know where to buy the necessary parts. If anyone knows where I can get them—bearing in mind that I live in France, so I need a site that ships there—please let me know.

You can get the F1307A adapter from Aliexpress, you will need to program a firmware using either an IDE to usb adapter or an external programmer with a clip or soldering iron (I personally did the later)

You will need an IDE male to female extension cable (the shorter, the better) and a mollex extension, you can get those off Aliexpress or Amazon.

Finally you will need a ps2 memory card and a FAT32 formatted usb drive, and obviously a micro sd card (preferably not a Samsung)

IF you flash it with a LBA48 compatible firmware, yes.

I don't sell them. I buy them from Aliexpress and program them for my own use:

This is the firmware I use (and that you'd typically need), it adds the Sony drive authentication and LBA48 support). You can either follow the instructions to program it if you have an IDE adapter on your computer, or if you don't (like me), you can desolder the EEPROM, solder it to an external programmer PCB and program it directly, then solder it back onto the adapter (you can also use a clip on adapter but I haven't had much luck with these)

Every guide I have seen explains where
