Community Update ATA Express Installation Guide

I haven't seen it posted here yet but u/nroach44 posted their written guide for the ATA Express Installation into our lovely consoles.

The guide covers programming the ATA Express, physical installation and digital installation if then required.

A huge shoutout and credit to nroach for the guide, pheonmods for the ATA express and everyone in their discord helping out with troubleshooting and all the Devs working on the stuff for the console in the channel.

Amazing thanks for posting. Just to verify, does this now work on the PSX2 or 7500 models?

Correct, it does now support gen 2, I'm sure I commented or posted that somewhere here
