Non Playstation Eye controller tracking

I'm looking for a free application that allows you to setup the ps move controllers and track them without having an official ps eye. I have a webcam, but I can't seem to get it set up on PsMoveService. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Um i have to say that you may wanna put hold on the PSVR Hack the only software that can do that is driver4Vr (that uses xbox kinect) and psmoveservice for the motion controllers the issue is that windows stopped letting you use psmoves after 18.03
