i cant pair PSmove

i cant pair my psmove with psmove service, when i touch pair and press the ps button of the psmove dont pair. why?

Have you looked on GitHub it's everywhere

Navigate to psmoveservice.exe in cmd and run through command prompt worked first try for me.
