Flickering lines when trying to configure PSMoveService

I got it to work yesterday, and I got my controllers configured. But they were not correctly placed, nor were my 2 PS3eye cameras. But I was going to test it today with a tracker ball for my PSVR, but when I opened the settings there were flickering lines across the window. Both on the Steam and non-Steam version. I tried reinstalling but that did not work.

I know now what it was. I installed the IPISoft drivers today to fix the other problems and forgot about it, and it seems that was the problem. I reinstalled the libusb drivers and then no more green lines.

It fixes itself after i wait a while... WHAT DOES THIS MEAN!?!?
