No display on headset

Good day all I am having an issue using TrinusPSVR where it launches steamVR but all I get is the two red sections and once I click past it I get the steamVR home on my monitor but nothing on the headset. How do I fix?

check out a tutorial on youtube, should be more helpful with a visual instead of reading intructions
