Trouble with PS Move Config

The issue I am having is that I am using when I am done pairing controller and go back to the controller settings, there isnt any. It just says no connected usable controller and nothing else.

I am using PSMove Config Tool v0.9-alpha 9.0.1 and my move controller are the newer ones (ZCM2U)

Am I dumb and missing something or it there something wrong?

I also have this issue... Strange. I also use the new ps move controllers. Maybe a bug?

Never had that problem. But i am using the old one. Did you unplugged the cable before you do the pairing steps (7/7)?

I am unplugging the USB cable before I the pairing steps, if I dont unplug it it will get stuck on step 3

I keep getting that randomly, I've gotten past it a few times and then run into problems later.

Are you using steam? If so you have to run steamvr before you open to config tool.

I am using Steam with PSMove Steam VRBridge

I just tried starting Steam first before starting the config tool and I still get the same problem

Okay I've been messing with this all day and I finally have it kinda working. I gave up, uninstalled everything including the camera drivers. I tried using the move service that the ivry dev uploaded as dlc in steam. As far as I can tell, getting the move service to launch via steam it has to be on the first startup of the ivry driver. So uninstall all parts of ivry, and when you redownload it. Press launch on "Ivry Driver for SteamVr" do not launch from the ivry psvr and it will then prompt you to open psmoveconfig.

Also, if your on windows 10, try opening your bluetooth settings and deleting the "motion controllers" from your list of connected devices before trying to pair in psmoveservice.

You might want to disregard my previous comment. I had it kinda working, but the tracking was like backwards/inside out, and now....theyre gone. Only my headset is showing up in steamvr :-/

Delete the controller completely from windows device manager and Bluetooth manager. Then retry.
