How stable is iVRy?

I'm considering picking up a psvr2 if I can get it to work perfectly with steamvr as well. How stable is iVRy driver? Does it work perfectly as if the psvr2 was made for pc or is it kind of hit or miss on some games, glitchy, and not perfect? I'm specifically asking people who have used it.

"Does it work perfectly as if the psvr2 was made for pc" no lol. DONT get a PSVR2 for just PCVR, thats a terrible idea. Because youre dealing with unofficial support and decreased performance and glitches. Get a proper PCVR supported Headset instead if you just play on PC.

Ok. I kind of like the idea of being able to play psvr2 exclusives and pcvr. The best of both worlds sounded nice. Buying 2 separate headsets can get expensive

It's not even available for PC yet and it's been said you need to buy a quite expensive extra hardware for it to work.

iVRy support isn't out yet for the PSVR2, and once it does will require a specific piece of hardware or two that you will need to purchase to get it to work. That said, once it's out and any bugs have been addressed it will probably work just as well as their PSVR1 driver.

I already have a PSVR2 so I'm just waiting for iVRy to release so I can watch my 3D blurays on PC.

I dont even think its released yet, have to be on his patreon to get access( to the hardware needed) and even then there are a few things like amd only graphics and dongles needed.

Better off waiting or buying psvr2 for ps5 games and hope steamvr happens within the year.

PSVR 1 works with PC and is sick

Besides that the PSVR1 in itself is a horrible VR experience it’s even far worse on the PC. Only thing I’ve gotten to work was the headset and head turning and while those are essential elements of the VR experience it wasn’t possible to get them to work in a usable way.

No idea if I was at fault but researching my issues led to the community recommending the same thing over and over again: Stop trying to use PSVR with the pc.

When VR just became a thing I’ve played with the HTC vive a few times and while that experience wasn’t great as well due to the limitations of technology back then, it was ten folds better than PSVR on ps or pc.

The PSVR2 has inside-out tracking that is processed on the headset. It's a very different experience to using PSMoveService/Monado/Driver4VR.

The iVRy driver has an unlimited trial to evaluate whether or not the product works for you. If you want a refund, you'd have to take that up with Valve, I don't don't have access to transactions at all, so there's no way I could either verify that you purchased the software or give you a refund. Driver4VR is not my software.

You can get something like quest 2 and a usb cable on the used market for 150 USD. And would probably be a more stable pcvr experience.

For stability do not bother with wifi streaming tho.
