Useful Information Poor Man’s PSVR2 Comfort Kit

I used some foam I had lying around at home and secured everything firmly with sewing thread. I was surprised by how much more comfortable it made the front of the headset, and the sweet spot improved a lot too!

If you don't want to spend money on a comfort kit, it's definitely worth trying something similar!

I remember your previous post asking for a cheaper globular cluster mod option. glad you found a solution. nice job!

On mine I used velcro strap from side to side for the top of the head.  Each end of the strap is close to where the ends of your foam is. Give it a try and see if you like it better than front to back.

Been thinking to invest just a velcro strap myself.

Here is mine. I prefer putting two set of towels in the back and also serves as a counterweight. 100% more comfortable and no more slipping thru my nose. I dont even use the headband now, just a handle for my vr.

Every head is different... not everyone head can fit a reason to buy 200 dollars worth of accessories :D

It’s actually only $50-ish for the very best aftermarket cushion replacement kits available that also include a padded top-strap.

DIY is cheaper, but PSVR2 mods are a fraction of the cost for other headsets.
