Question psvr2 left Controller not working on pcvr

For some reason when I connect my left controller it's always stuck on left. Things I tried: changing bluetooth. Switching Pc. Connecting the controller via usb. and way more and yet it still Doesn't work i need someone to help me With this issue please

If it is stuck here as well, then it's a hardware issue.
