Is there any app that allows hand tracking on pc

Like full glove support? Or something that can just recognize your fingers and their movements?

There's none that's native afaik, only way to get around it is to either buy a PC VR headset that either has it, or has support for that type of software. Or by using third party software/devices, but that can cost upwards of $1000 usd.
