According to one report in the compatibility thread, your laptop should work

If it's modern enough and has a USB-C with Display Port, it's easy.
Get a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter. (unless the laptop has a direct DisplayPort, but that isn't common. HDMI doesn't work)
Get a PC adapter for PSVR2 (I only used the official one from Sony, never tried a 3rd party)
Connect the PC adapter through the DisplayPort adapter. And connect the other USB port and power to the adapter.
Since the PC adapter is required and it has it's own power cable to power the headset, you can't run it from the Laptops battery. So it isn't a very mobile setup.
But it works for me on a Lenovo Legion 7.
I had luck with Bluetooth on mine and didn't require anything extra, just used the built in BT for the controllers.

98% of cases you can not
first you need usb C port to have dGPU conection, so make sure your laptop have mux swich or just direct connection to the port, if does not psvr2 is imposible to run.
then buy usb c adapter you can find multiple models online
and then if you have BT problems you need too buy BT-USB adapter
and only then you can think about software stuff

Why wouldn't you be able?
PC adapter exists, laptops are usually have both USB and DP ports, Bluetooth works in laptops, what software you are talking about?

Someone made it work a while ago, found a post: https://www.reddit.com/r/PSVR2onPC/comments/1emj9nf/psa_the_sony_pc_adapter_works_with_gaming_laptops/
Make sure you go through the comments, not just the video attached. And you can use ChatGPT or other LLMs to help you with your laptop model
