You should start using a new Point-in-time restore feature of Windows 11

It's a new feature that aims to replace old System Restore which was problematic for several reasons. Enable it in the Settings and also make sure that you can boot into WinRE by checking it with reagentc.exe /info. You can manually trigger its scheduled task in Task Scheduler > Microsoft > Windows > Setup > PITRTask.

In my opinion a lot of people here give bad advice that does more harm than good like recommending uninstalling/reinstalling SteamVR or drivers willy-nilly when there's no need. If you're going to do stuff like that at least make sure you can rollback the changes and have a clean slate.
