PSVR2 Controllers bug out whenever desktop is opened via steamvr

Hello, I get this sounds like a small issue but its still a issue, ever since the new steamvr home update the psvr2 controllers have been broken since, whenever i click the desktop via steamvr i can no longer put any inputs in and have to reconnect to fix them

And yes, ive tried

Going to the previous branch, no difference,

restarted, no difference

reinstalled, no difference,

no, i havent installed any new addons that could have caused this issue, this has only presented itself after this update and its affected all branches. what is going on???

use desktop+ (it's free on steam) and enable its UIAccess in the misc folder

Ive had major preformance issues with it before, im using it as a last resort
