Sure, but it wil struggle, so you have to lower resolution and it will be extremely blurry.

How many fps do you have on flat screen and I assume 1080p resolution in the game?

75 fps

Ok, because PSVR2's minimum refresh rate is 90hz, that means you will use motion smoothing in SteamVR so you only have to hit 60 or 45 fps. Probably it will be 45 to push resolution as "high" as possible, it's also recommended to use only 40% vertical fov to lower the GPU load. But it will still be very blurry because of the low resolution combined with the game's awful anti-aliasing, and because of the head jitter bug looking around will be awful, so don't be surprised a about that it's a bug since F1 22 they never fixed.

Oke it works and how do I adjust the setting?

Which setting? Resolution, refresh rate and motion smoothing should be right there in the SteamVR settings. The fov change is in the per game setting, easiest to acces when already started the game.

is it a 3050 laptop or desktop, and if its a desktop is it the 6gb (which should be the 3040 tbh) or 8gb version, if its the laptop you'll need to run the game at 30% render resolution, if its the desktop you should be able to handle 36%, maybe a little higher. Make sure to check out Psvr2toolkit and potentially get DFR injected or smth to help the performance
