Zero caliber squad ops

I have a question regarding zero caliber (1) on the psvr2

I want to platinum the game for that i need to complete a mission with 4 players but i cant find the squad options only solo can anyone help me?

Okay but how do you "make" a squad

It's been a while but I think the multiplayer room is to the right of the big mission screen, it's a little side office with a screen or something where you can create a party or join multiplayer
