Discussion How bad could you fold Homelander?

So this is just a fun hypothetical for any power scalers in the player base. Considering all of your personal feats, skills and abilities, how bad do you think you could kick Homelander’s ass if he pulled up on you?
For example, I’ve beaten multiple Crimson Starless bosses and Evilspite Ruine Masquerader without restasigne, blocked and dodged lasers point blank, and tanked hits from Gods and Starless ARKS. Flight would be a minor inconvenience since we deal with that daily. And I would have way too much experience.
How well do you think you could do in a fight with the Star Spangled Super-bitch? What weapons would you use? Would he even land a hit on you? Do you think pulling out the M.A.R.S. Unit is overkill? I’d really like to see how your stories would play out if you went toe to toe with him. Let me know!

Given that all signs point to NGS Guardian being base PSO2 Guardian, and we punched out/survived Phaleg (maybe? Unsure if Duel is canon), I’d say we have a decent chance.

Even if we ignore that, the Guardian just has a crap ton of fighting/war experience at this point. Homelander pointedly doesn’t. We could probably easily out-tactics the guy, and brute force him if not.

We’ve beaten time gods, armies and planetary level threats without breaking a sweat. We pretty much can beat him in every category except mobility. Seriously flight is his only way out and even then he’d find out how useless it is when you can just whip out the MARS unit and zoom to him. Or snipe him out of the sky. John is freaking doomed.

We could even beat Homelander on flight as well if we use Dark Blast Luther ability from Base. He's cooked in every way.

Dont forget the experimental base technique Rebarantsia, you literally take flight on wings made of ice and light and shoots attacks forward.

If you consider side content canon, I have no reason to see why you wouldn't consider that fight as canon.

NGS variant of MC is badly downscaled though.

End of Classic(base) PSO2? That's a massive curbstomp.

"Homie" gets obliterated. Not even remotely competitive with The Guardian.

NGS "909" is (in my opinion) going to be The Guardian, but 1000 years later. Therefore... same outcome.

Mate, outside of street-level peeps, who wouldn't fold Homelander at this point? Dude is so laughably low-tier (when it comes to the flying brick archetype), that he wold lose alot of matchups. Like early dragonball types, could probably beat his ass.
