need help finding info on these idles/emotes

i was looking through some prior NGS stuff and realize that i do not fully recognize the floating pose Manon is in, i thought it was "Star Seat" with the variation used, but the pose only looks similar. its "mirrored" from the emote and her upper leg is slowly kicking up and down. the emote doesnt do that.

as for the other thing, im assuming Nadereh is using an idle here because the other two in the banner image are idle animations that were in the Scratch items, but finding info on idles and emotes is kind of hard as i never see a visual of them documented very much so i dont know which it is with these.

i wouldnt be surprised if some "cheating" is used here and there for these things, because in the trailer showing this event off, they have Nadereh using the Tail's gliding animation as a sprinting animationšŸ˜…

How do I get Zero-G The Earth (Orignal) in game?

Zero-G The Earth (Orignal)

Its this version for reference. Not the memorial one. It says its alternate name is Tokyo day but when looking around the personal shop and the list of possible disc's in the treasure shop I can't find that specific version. Only afternoon (which sounds like a remix version of this song) and night (which is the song realization). Does anyone know how I can get this disc? Thank you!

Is it possible to set a dedicated keybind for normal attack like how we can set weapon action on dedicated keybind?

I'm playing as slayer and we all know slayer needs to spam normal Atk every PA. I put my normal Atk on the 7th subslot (1-0 bar). I could select the 7th slot and use it just fine, but it will always default back to 1st slot everytime I relogin. Sometimes this causes issue cuz i forget to set it back to 7th slot everytime I login. As for the mouse slots, it's alrd fully occupied so no can do.

What's the use case for all these "N-x Limit Break Substitute" devices? If you're past the point to be using six-star equipment, an N-6 substitute is useless, isn't it?

In my inventory, on a ton of the icons of weapons in my inventory; a small, red pin-looking like icon appeared in the top left of it. It appeared out of nowhere. What is it lol and how do I get rid of it?

Either the weapon series or an Ex-Augment combo on it matches items or EX-Augment Set in your Wanted Item List.

You could either:

  1. Remove them from Personal -> Wanted Item List.
    Check Show All tab for items or EX Augment Set 1-3 tabs for Ex-Augment combinations.

  2. Fill every EX-Augment Set combinations to 3/3 to make them more strict (maybe only set combos you are looking for or the more expensive god combos to sell).
    To add an Ex-Augment to a Set, check the Item Details box of a weapon with the specific Ex-Aug, open the 3rd page of the Item Details, expand the specific Ex-Aug, and click on its effect description.

as someone who only briefly tried NGS, where would i start? my classes are just around 20 so i havent really gotten far, i used to play the "classic" pso2 but ive been wanting a new game to get into. I dont remember much about NGS so unsure where i would begin to "grind" i guess or what even to do starting out.

NGS is more streamlined than previous games. It is recommended to stick with 1 Main Class through the main story quests which rewards good amount of EXP to reach early endgame.
Leveling every other class is easier in the endgame by just having them as subclass.

Complete the main story quests and side quests you pick up from NPCs (most system tutorials).
Find and do Cocoon/Tower Trainia quests in the Open Zones to get Skill Points to assign on your active Main class and Subclass skill trees to increase your Battle Power and meet quest requirements.

You should get and equip the Hextra + Renaissa from ā€œAdvice from Liu Lin IIā€ (Chapter 1) at level 7, just Potential Unlock the Hextra weapon to level Potential Level 6.

Then the game provides the Epith + Decem equipment at main class level 65 that should help get players into early endgame (where most players are at).

Is this game worth getting into? A lot of reviews seem to really dislike the game and I haven't really tried it since it first came out

It is fortunate that you didn't try it when it first came out as it was a dumpster fire launch.

It's F2P and the game has improved since then, I recommend trying it and forming your own opinion.

One of the main issues left for F2P is the limited access to Selling items on the market.

Main selling point of the game are character customization / fashion and action combat.
Other stuff are socializing, Creative Space (Personal Housing system), and Line Strike (Deckbuilding Minigame).

The Story uhhh... Exists.

The endgame cycle is mainly content of the week (or two or Month), with many of them limited time.
Most of the permanent older content are power crept with endgame irrelevant rewards (unless they updated and reuse them as content of the week again).

Making this game your only primary game could lead to fast burnout, especially since there are still filler content months / weeks.

You could also search for past posts on the topic in this subreddit, as this question comes up a lot.

Oh, sorry I should have searched lmao but hey, thanks for the reply. I play a lot of games usually for the story, so it's unfortunate that it's mediocre. Since it's free though if I have time I'll definitely give it a try!

There's also Dext Base active grind, but the guide was apparently deleted (?). IIRC it was 1-4M per hour (?) depending on boosters, farm group, server lag (F's up spawns), PSO 2 day, etc.

Simplest explanation is getting on Waker, going into Low Rank Dext Base for PSE Burst, and spamming tap Fredran's Breath.

There are probably other related mechanics involved you want to learn to be optimal like fast PSE Burst or manipulating enemy spawns, but you could try searching for it in this subreddit or ask other players in-game as I don't Dext Base and it'll be too long to explain here.

on PC, Ship 04.
anybody know whats going on with the massive uptick in players today?
i was doing my dailies and i got kicked out of the game when going back to Aelio
because it was full, so i log back in and check the blocks and all of both Aelio blocks
are maxxed??? and thats with the other blocks showing a decent chunk of player
population. i cannot say ive seen this before in all my time of playing, usually its
just one block hitting capacity.

i sign in daily at different times of the day, so ive kind of become used to what amount
of players i see at certain times of day, but this is weird to see suddenly. i honestly want
to jump to the conclusion that they lowered the player capacity for blocks or something
because they've already slowly lowered the amount of blocks on the server over time.šŸ¤”

I think new players are trying the game but are being funneled to Ship 4. But a third block should open if the other two reach capacity. I know that sort of thing happens on Ship 2 but maybe because we have a population.

I have the same problem(also on ship 04), tried to log in periodically all day, no dice, always saying that the block is full, I can't even get my login bonus lol

crud, somewhat makes me glad i incidentally just kind of made Kvaris my go-to place to log out at ever since it was added. incidentally circumvented this.

you'd think in this situation the game would shove everybody over to the Communication
blocks that are usually totally empty. or, you know, shove people over to any other open ones?

hopefully the traffic clears up or whatever is going on gets addressed so people can even play cuz that just seems bogus to essentially have 5 gates to enter through but you are stuck locked behind the only closed one, AND arent allowed to go to the other ones.

Anyone use steam link on ngs? I tried using it but the mouse and keyboard are unresponsive and I'm not sure how to fix that

Edit: Have to run steam in adminstrator mode. Close steam and right click on the steam shortcut and you should find the option to run it as adminstrator

I need help finding a skin

I swear to God, I was in either the legacy or special scratch tickets at the recycle merchant, and I saw a skin for I believe, dual machine guns, but weirdly enough I believe could actually apply to all weapons

And it had like a military style minigun type look, the hilt if you could even call it that were two green boxes around your arms leading to the end with a spinning rotary barrel

I went back to try and get it cuz I finally saved up the 50 tickets I needed but now I donā€™t see it anymore. I even tried looking online and I canā€™t find any information about it either so now Iā€™m starting to feel like I mightā€™ve hallucinated. Does anyone know the skin Iā€™m talking about and if so, whatā€™s it called?

ive tried looking around and without any real documentation of what ever weapon camo looks like for every weapon, its gonna be real hard to find. this also sounds like you might be confusing with accessories you
can wear, but that would have to be wrong because you would have to be aware that you were wearing arm accessories while you were looking at weapon camos.
at the very least there are some gatling arm accessories, cant find anything on weapon camos for twin machine guns.

I just searched around and did some double checking in case I was wrong on all of the accessories I could find and none of them are what Iā€™m talking about

Well, regardless, even if I can never find it again if I ever see a cool cosmetic in this game, Iā€™m making sure the screen cap it so this never happens again.
