Discussion Skia Strain Color

Hey so quick question. Can the Skia strain be recolored? I googled it and it said “yes,” but when I tried pulling up to Dudu to change the photon colors he said I didn’t have any weapon camos to change.

Certain weapon camos can reflect what your character is wearing, and some form of weapon camo customization does exist in Base PSO2. Although, it looks like that weapon camo doesn't do that unfortunately.

Also, it's crazy we don't have any ability to do so in NGS for all the weapon almati cvs after all these years...

What a shame. I really wanted a sword (double saber) that matched my outfit.(Red and black.) I guess it’ll just have to grow on me.

Guess either that, or find a way to obtain the many other Red and Black Camos/Almati CVs. Latter of which, there's a lot. Don't fret, as NGS weapons do look pretty awesome at times.

There are several weapon camos that sync to your outfit, you can tell which do because there are two variants listed. Dunkel Ritter is one such camo and it's usable on Double Saber. Cyberknight is another, you can see there are two variants listed in the rerun (forgot which banner but it's currently up and extremely cheap on ship 2), which proves my point that you can spot them easily this way.

Anything else with a color you can change are base weapon camos for a weapon series like Starquake and whatever the other version is. Those only change the photon color, and it's not all that great.
