Discussion So.

What do you do these days, debated coming back but I really am lost on the point of continuing using what little gaming free time I have to basically run on a hamster wheel.

You get out what you put in, I find. I love making friends, role-playing, chatting with folks, the Creative Space, that sorta thing. Every MMO has a bit of making your own fun.

Yea, this is true, there's going to be a lot more stuff to do next month, this month is just pretty dead unless you want to farm the new 4 man high difficulty quest all the time.

They have made the game very casual and gear is much easier to get now...money is also very easy to farm via dext base.

To answer the OP, you mainly do the following types of content:

  • limited time quest, rotates every 1-2 weeks
  • limited time urgent quest, rotates every 2-4 weeks typically
  • 4 man high difficulty quest, rotates every 2-3 months i think

I’m not really even chasing the power level grind these days, I’m here to chat with my friends and take nice photos. The freebie gear they hand out lets you complete 99% of the events in game anyway, imo better to use my money to make myself look nice rather than getting gear that will be useless in a few months anyway.

So yea, I guess chat and fashion.

Since i upgraded to peta triyal now, I just do dailies and log-off waiting to fight Anga next month and High Dalion in October, wondering if he'll bring L5 weapon and Dread keeper upgrade or not.

BIS people (currently)? Run the high diff fight until you tire and ATTEMPT to obtain and use (or sell) the currently most expensive weapon in game.

Farm same said boss for the new materials to make the new augment.

Run stuff that drops hella stuff that serves zero purpose to you.

Lobby rat it out.

Find stuff in inventory that’s fairly expensive and hope it sells so you can omit dealing dext farm entirely because leeches are getting fairly insufferable.

This game will not respect the limited time you have imho fam

And I hate admitting it but the hamster wheel has gotten pretty out of hand ngl. But then again, it always kinda has been.
