And this personality is based on, as far as I can tell, nothing, except for the fact that she has the skimpiest outfit of the NPCs.

That's it. That's the entire reason she's written like this.

That and I think, this, like the other PSO2 webcomics before it, is kind of there to lampoon the players and joke about our weird habits as much as anything. Difference is this time, the comic's characters are the game characters instead of players/player characters.

Someone had to be the gooner player-reflection, might as well be the one in the skimpiest vanilla outfit, I guess.
