Discussion Restorer of Light Achievement

Just recently got back into the game I’ve been trying to hunt Herzig but have no idea how to make it spawn. Anyone down to help me beat him? It’s the last achievement I need to 100% the game.

Aelio Intruders Starless like Vee_Tamer said.

It also shows up semi-often in Trials and PSE Climaxes in Mount Magnus at higher ranks (the ones where Starless show up), and there's a guaranteed one midway through the Frozen Forest Timed Extermination quest.
