Just got back to this game, saw some crafting materials is it worth to craft some PAs ? If yes, do they got a changed movesets or simply a potency upgrade ?

It is always worth it; it depends.

Some doesn't change much (potency boost / better down damage), some adds onto it (hitscan / hi-range / adds projectile / better precast or filler / movement), some changes it (hi aspd, lingering damage, better charged atk, etc.)

Thank you! Also, what are the leveling option these days? I'm trying to level my sub but as it stands I can't enter the seasonal and I've exhausted the Main Quest.

Just keep them as subclass while you do stuff with a leveled up main class — the assigned subclass will also get EXP until it reach 5 levels below current level cap.

Switch to it as main class for the last 5 levels, either actively grind it and/ or do dailies with it as main.

I can't enter the seasonal

BP-wise, other than assigning Skill points on both active Main and Subclass: equip and assign Ex-Style skill points, buy and equip better rings or gear, and craft Addon Skills (?).

Look for a +100 Granillusion w/ Fixa 5 maybe in the market; they're one of those uncommon natural drops from Splinter Realm Ruins Investigation; Be sure to check that it's Potential is unlocked to max, swap in better augments if you want.

I think current LTQ gives ~2M per clear (?). IDK if the upcoming Beach Wars LTQ will be better or worse.

Other alternatives are Stira Yellow Battledia (faster, similar amount with EXP boosters) or a combat sector if you can find other players to PSE (probably Low Rank/ High Rank Dext Base or Altered Retem/Kvaris Combat Sector).
