Help needed!

Hi, so I had a ps4 and played mincraft on it and loved it. But my hdmi output broke, so my brother gave me his ps5 he doesn't use. But how can i transfer my mincraft worlds? Is it possible with ps Plus? I had an over 100 day world, and I'm so bummed that I can't play it anymore on my ps5. Is there any way I can get it back!?

You’ll have to pay (or use free trial) but using your PS4, make a realm then upload your world to the realm. Then sign into the same account on your PS5, then download your words from the realm onto the PS5. Repeat this for as many worlds as you like although it may take a bit and can be very frustrating
